The former Haibo named Beilun Microelement Factory was founded in 1988, and Ningbo Beilun Haibo Precise Machinery Company set up in 1994, later it was transformed to a civil enterprise in 2002. It locates on No.4 Pacific Ocean Industry Zone, Beilun, Ningbo , adjacent to Beilun harbor.
